IND vs ENG T20I Series: Team India’s squad has been revealed for the T20 series against England. However, BCCI has not yet declared the official team.
IND vs ENG T20I Series: Before Champions Trophy 2025, Team India has to play a 5-match T20 series against England at home. India’s squad has appeared for this series. Fast bowler Mohammed Shami has returned in the T20 series against England. Shami had not played any international match since the final of ODI World Cup 2023. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj have been rested for this series.
Indian Express has given the details of the squad in its news quoting BCCI sources. According to the report, young openers Yashasvi Jaiswal, Washington Sundar, Dhruv Jurel and Nitish Kumar Reddy have also been included in the team, Harshit Rana will also debut in T-20. The command of the team has been given in the hands of Suryakumar Yadav. However, BCCI has not released the official squad yet.

The T-20 series against England will start from January 22. The first match of the series will be played on 22 January. After that the 3 ODI series will start from 6th February. The picture of the team will soon be clear for the ODI series also.

Abhishek Sharma is out, Yashasvi Jaiswal has been selected in his place. Shivam Dubey, Jitesh Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Avesh Khan have not got a place in the T20 series. Dhruv Jurel and Harshit Rana will be seen in action.

For the T20 series, 4 all-rounders were included in the form of Nitish Kumar Reddy, Hardik Pandya, Akshar Patel and Washington Sundar. These players are also considered certain for the Champions Trophy.
