India’s preparations for the upcoming Test series against England have commenced with a training session that saw a minor injury scare for Rishabh Pant. The wicketkeeper-batsman, known for his aggressive batting style, received a blow to his left arm during batting practice. Led by captain Shubman Gill and head coach Gautam Gambhir, the team underwent its first net session in England, focusing on refining their skills for the red-ball game. Pant was immediately attended to by the medical staff after the incident, with an ice pack applied to his arm. Fortunately, the injury was not serious, and Pant was able to reassure the team that he was doing well.
