Following the rainfall in May, the weather across India remained pleasant. However, in June, Delhi and several other states are experiencing intense heat. The national capital recorded a temperature of 45 degrees Celsius on Monday, with scorching heat throughout the day. The NCR region is suffering due to clear skies and strong sunshine. The heatwave is expected to continue, with maximum temperatures reaching 44 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 29 degrees Celsius. Dust-laden winds and a heatwave are likely to persist until June 12th, with potential relief from June 13th, as the weather department forecasts rain. Uttar Pradesh is currently experiencing heat, with the weather department issuing an orange alert for heatwaves in various districts. Rain is expected to return from tomorrow, with alerts for rain and thunderstorms in 60% of the districts on June 12th. Bihar is also expected to see a change in weather, with rain expected to commence from tomorrow. The monsoon is anticipated to arrive in Bihar by June 15th. Jharkhand is also expecting a weather change today, with strong winds and rain predicted in several districts until June 14th. Rajasthan is again experiencing high temperatures, with the highest temperature recorded at 47.3 degrees Celsius in Sri Ganganagar. The weather department predicts dry weather and heatwave conditions for most parts of western Rajasthan for the coming week. Haryana and Punjab are also likely to face intense heat this week.
