Putin Declares ‘All of Ukraine Is Ours’ at Economic Forum, Doesn’t Rule Out Sumy

Putin addressed questions about Moscow’s broader military objectives, including whether they would extend beyond the territories incorporated after the 2022 referendums. He clarified that Russia has never denied Ukraine’s right to independence but also didn’t rule out taking the city of Sumy. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed skepticism, stating that Russia is ‘not in the mood’ for a ceasefire.
