    Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently spent time with the family of the late Arun Jaitley, a gesture of respect and remembrance. The gathering included Rohan Jaitley, his wife Meherunissa Anand, his mother Sangeeta Jaitley, sister Sonali Jaitley Bakhshi, and his daughter. Arun Jaitley, who served as India’s Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs from 2014 to 2019, was posthumously awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 2020. Rohan Jaitley, the current President of the Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA), has earned recognition in both legal and sports administration. He is a lawyer in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, and played a key role in the successful hosting of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 matches at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, along with launching the Delhi Premier League in 2024.
