Sunil Goyal, Managing Director of Numax and co-founder of Omaxe, has previously spearheaded successful large-scale projects, including the 85-acre Omaxe NRI City (2003) in Greater Noida and the 700+ acre township in New Chandigarh (2015-16).
He emphasized Muzaffarnagar’s potential, highlighting its economic diversity, cultural heritage, and improving connectivity. Goyal envisions Numax City as a self-reliant, modern living space for its residents.
Muzaffarnagar was chosen for its burgeoning industrial sectors, particularly in paper and steel manufacturing, its blend of cultures and religious harmony, and its excellent road and rail connectivity to Delhi-NCR and other major cities. Numax City’s comprehensive plan encompasses group housing, individual floors, luxury villas, and plots for custom-built homes.
