Salman Khan is currently making headlines. Alongside the upcoming premiere of Bigg Boss 19, his much-anticipated film ‘Battle of Galwan’ has commenced shooting. Fans eagerly awaiting the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 19 this weekend were treated to a sneak peek from the film’s set. A new image from the set has emerged, confirming that the superstar has begun filming the war drama in Ladakh.

Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is expected to be a large-scale patriotic saga. The news broke with an image of Salman Khan on set in Ladakh, the picturesque backdrop. The photograph quickly went viral, with fans and film industry figures congratulating him on the film.

Filming in Ladakh highlights the vast scale of the Galwan battle. This high-altitude location poses a significant challenge, suggesting that the film will feature intense action sequences. Film industry analyst Taran Adarsh also shared the update, stating that Salman Khan’s “powerful presence will take this patriotic saga to a new level.” The released image has greatly excited the fans.

The film, ‘Battle of Galwan,’ is based on the war between Indian and Chinese soldiers in the Galwan Valley in June 2020. The film will tell the story of the bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers defending the country’s borders. Salman Khan will portray the role of Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, a commanding officer posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra, India’s second-highest wartime gallantry award, for his extraordinary courage.
