Chhattisgarh CM Invites Investment from South Korean Companies ModernTech Corp and UNECORAIL

During his visit to South Korea, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai extended invitations to ModernTech Corp, a leading green mobility solutions company, and UNECORAIL, a prominent Korean railway maintenance solutions provider, to invest and collaborate in Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister emphasized the state government’s priority on promoting clean energy, developing sustainable transport infrastructure, and strengthening the railway network. He expressed confidence that partnerships with these two companies would accelerate Chhattisgarh’s clean energy journey and enhance its logistics backbone. Sai proposed that ModernTech Corp establish an advanced EV charging manufacturing unit in the state, highlighting that the project would give Chhattisgarh a new identity in the field of clean energy and sustainable transport infrastructure. The Chief Minister also stated that the state government’s Industrial Policy 2024-30 aligns with the goals of promoting green energy and reducing carbon emissions. He further noted that establishing an EV charging manufacturing unit in Chhattisgarh would not only bolster clean energy goals but also provide better and modern transport infrastructure to the people of the state, which would be a significant step towards gifting a clean environment to future generations. He underlined that the investment would generate extensive employment opportunities for local youth, foster the development of green technical skills in the state, and accelerate sustainable transport networks in rural and urban areas. Sai expressed confidence that ModernTech Corp’s experience and expertise would expedite Chhattisgarh’s energy transition journey.
