    Footage from Sky News and Nine captured a vehicle with a damaged window near a Russian flagpole within the grounds of the Russian consulate in Woollahra, Sydney. A 39-year-old man was apprehended by authorities on Monday following the incident, in which the vehicle collided with the consulate. Aerial views revealed police officers at the scene and the vehicle situated on the property’s lawn.
