The fraudsters, impersonating Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, contacted the Governor. An investigation revealed the call originated from a fake number. An FIR has been filed at the Central Cyber Police Station based on a complaint from a Raj Bhavan official, and the police are investigating the case.
