    Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Rajasthan on September 25th, where he will lay the foundation stone for a nuclear energy project. In Punjab, a special session of the assembly will be held from September 26th to 29th, as announced by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann via a post. Today, on Friday (Jumma), mosques will host sermons (takreerein) emphasizing the significance of Waqf and discussing the recently passed Waqf Amendment Act. Prayers for the restoration of Waqf will also be offered. The weather department has forecasted heavy rainfall in the sub-Himalayan districts of West Bengal. Additionally, several districts in South Bengal are expected to experience light showers accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.
