The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has announced recruitment for Sub-Inspector positions. A total of 1799 posts are available for the SI recruitment. The basic salary for a Sub-Inspector in Bihar Police is ₹35,400 per month, falling under Level-6. Including allowances like dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and transport allowance (TA), the in-hand salary for an SI ranges from approximately ₹49,000 to ₹54,000 per month.
