The Congress party has appointed former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel as an observer for the upcoming Bihar elections. This decision has drawn sharp criticism from Congress MLA Purandar Mishra, representing Raipur North. Mishra congratulated Baghel and Ashok Gehlot on their new responsibilities, but added that neither of them is currently relevant in their home states or constituencies. He suggested that the situation in Bihar would mirror the Congress’s recent experiences in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
