A video circulating on social media features an LeT member announcing the postponement, stating it was a personal decision by Hafiz Saeed. This unexpected announcement has caused confusion and disappointment among supporters who were anticipating Saeed’s public appearance after a considerable absence.
Intelligence assessments suggest that Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) intervened, advising the LeT command to call off the rally.
