    In a major boost for government employees in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has approved a 3% increase in Dearness Allowance (DA), bringing the total to 58%. This landmark decision ensures that state employees will now receive DA at par with their central government counterparts. The announcement came during the eighth state convention of the Chhattisgarh State Employees Union. CM Sai assured the attendees that the government is deeply concerned about the welfare of its employees and understands their aspirations. He explained that the decision to match the central DA was taken after careful consideration and discussions with union leaders, underscoring the government’s commitment to fair compensation and inflation relief.
