Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s electrifying speech in Singur has ignited hopes for West Bengal’s industrial renaissance, according to BJP leaders. With assembly polls looming, the party claims a BJP-led government will transform the state’s economic landscape by attracting major industries.

During his visit, Modi unveiled multiple infrastructure projects and urged the crowd to dismantle the TMC’s 15-year ‘jungle raj.’ ‘The people will deliver a fitting reply to this government. Bengal deserves genuine progress,’ he proclaimed, setting the tone for BJP’s campaign.

BJP’s Dilip Ghosh, speaking to media, fully endorsed Modi’s vision. ‘Bengal’s change is inevitable, and industries will arrive only with a BJP administration,’ he predicted. Citing successes in Bihar and Odisha, Ghosh explained how BJP’s infrastructure push enabled swift industrial setups. ‘In Odisha, new firms kicked off within 18 months of our government’s formation,’ he elaborated.

The law and order breakdown was a key concern for Ghosh. ‘Without stability and accountability, investors stay away. But with BJP in power and central aid, infrastructure will pave the way for growth,’ he affirmed.

Fellow BJP leader Bankim Chandra Ghosh reinforced the narrative, crediting Modi for India’s industrial surge. ‘Factories are booming nationwide under his guidance. Singur’s revival of closed units is just the start. A double-engine setup guarantees industrial influx,’ he said. Anticipating Modi’s pre-poll return with massive project announcements, Ghosh slammed TMC: ‘No new industries under Mamata, and old ones are escaping.’

This bold industrial promise underscores BJP’s strategy to challenge TMC’s dominance, appealing to voters weary of stagnation.
