Tata Motors, a leading automotive manufacturer in the Indian market, has released its sales report for August 2025. The company achieved a total sale of 73,178 units, encompassing both domestic and international markets. This figure slightly surpasses the 71,693 units recorded in August 2024. While the overall growth appears modest, commercial vehicles and electric vehicles played a significant role in driving this progress.
In the domestic market, the company sold a total of 68,482 vehicles during August 2025, reflecting a decrease of approximately 2 percent compared to the previous year. However, Tata Motors demonstrated robust performance in international sales, particularly in its International Business (IB) segment, where it recorded a remarkable 77% surge, selling 2,382 units.
