    The demand for electric cars in the Indian market has been rapidly increasing in recent times. If you are planning to buy a new Tata electric car this festive season, this news may be of interest to you. Tata is offering bumper discounts on its Nexon EV. You can potentially save up to Rs 50,000 on this car. The offer includes a cash discount and an exchange bonus. For more details on the discount, you can visit the dealerships. The Nexon EV is one of the company’s best-selling cars. The Nexon EV offers two battery pack options. The first battery pack is equipped with 30 kWh, delivering 129 bhp of power and 215 Nm of peak torque. The second battery pack is 40.5 kWh, generating a maximum power of 144 bhp and 215 Nm of torque. The company claims that the smaller battery pack offers a range of 325 kilometers. A fully charged battery provides a range of 465 kilometers. It includes three drive modes: Eco, City, and Sport.

    The car’s interior offers a digital instrument cluster, rear camera, keyless entry, automatic climate control, air purifier, voice command, parking sensors, power windows, advanced internet features, rear AC vents, wireless charger, auto-dimming IRVM, cruise control, and a sunroof. The car competes with the Mahindra XUV400.

    In terms of design, the car features 16-inch alloy wheels, projector and halogen lamps, foldable side mirrors, and an EV and Nexon badge at the rear. The Nexon EV has received a 5-star NCAP rating and comes with 6 airbags for safety. It also has a smart digital shifter, smart digital steering wheel, paddle shifters for regen modes, express cooling, and an air purifier with an AQI sensor and display. The starting ex-showroom price of the Nexon EV ranges from Rs 12.49 lakh to Rs 17.19 lakh for the top model.
