    Tesla, following its recent launch in the Indian market, is rapidly expanding its showroom network across the country. The company is now preparing to open its third showroom. According to CRE Matrix documents, Elon Musk’s Tesla India Motor & Energy Private Limited has leased approximately 51,000 square feet of super built-up area at Orchid Business Park on Sohna Road, Gurugram, for a monthly rent of ₹40.17 lakhs for an initial term of nine years. This leased area of 33,475 square feet, leased from Garwal Property Private Limited, will function as a service center, warehouse, and retail outlet. The lease commenced on July 15, 2025, and was registered on July 28. As per the lease deed, the initial rent for Tesla’s second commercial space in India, following its recent Mumbai launch, is ₹120 per square foot, with an annual increase of 4.75%.
