    In a landmark session in New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged with CEOs of India’s premier IT companies, charting a course for AI advancement steeped in national principles. The Thursday rendezvous underscored a unified push towards responsible technology deployment.

    C Vijayakumar of HCL Tech lauded the PM’s insightful perspective on AI. ‘It was invigorating to hear his thoughts,’ he remarked. ‘The focus is on world-class AI solutions that resonate universally.’

    Venugopal Lambu from LTIMindtree described the interaction as unparalleled among world leader discussions. Topics ranged from global impact to tech’s pivotal role in economy and health sectors. ‘Future hinges on technology,’ he affirmed.

    TCS head K Krithivasan highlighted Atmanirbhar Bharat themes, including citizen data protection amid AI adoption. Wipro’s Srini Pallia outlined strategies for upskilling, localized applications, independent infrastructure, and aiding global needs.

    Drawing parallels to UPI’s success, Pallia noted Modi’s blueprint for AI exports. Zoho’s Sridhar Vembu valued the encouragement to address domestic issues via AI, ensuring widespread benefits. Adani Connex’s Jayakumar Janakaraj illustrated how Modi envisions AI evolving beyond mere tools into culturally rich entities.

    These insights from industry titans reflect a maturing AI ecosystem in India, poised for ethical expansion. With government backing, IT leaders are set to drive inclusive growth, cementing India’s stature in the global tech arena.
