“Many people, including some famous personalities, told me that Gaurav’s shows didn’t work, that he was unlucky. I feel bad when someone says that. I have heard these things about myself from the beginning, so I get very angry,” Rajan Shahi said. The owner of Director’s Cut stated that Gaurav was not asked to audition for the character. He was only called for a look test, and then he was chosen to play the character. He hadn’t done a serial for 6-7 years, so he gave his best in the show.”
