Anurag Kashyap Joins Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur in ‘Dacoit’

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has been cast in the Telugu film ‘Dacoit,’ joining Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur. The announcement was made on Kashyap’s birthday, with Sesh sharing a behind-the-scenes video of Kashyap singing the Bollywood song ‘Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast’ on set. Mrunal Thakur also welcomed Kashyap to the team, expressing excitement for his addition. The film is scheduled for release on December 25, 2025. Earlier, Shruti Haasan was slated to be the female lead but was later replaced by Mrunal Thakur.
