One such actor is Sathyaraj. He gained recognition from the pan-India star Prabhas’s film, Baahubali. Sathyaraj, who played the role of Kattappa in this film, achieved global popularity. However, few people know that before playing Kattappa in Baahubali, he appeared in Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s film, Chennai Express. In this film, he played Deepika’s father, and his role was highly praised. His on-screen clash was directly with Shah Rukh Khan. Sathyaraj is a prominent name in the South industry, and through supporting roles, he creates such a powerful impact with his acting that the world is mesmerized. Recently, the actor played a vital role in Rajinikanth’s film, Coolie, where he appeared as Rajinikanth’s close friend. The actor was born on October 3, 1954, in Coimbatore. He is celebrating his 71st birthday. From childhood, he was a huge fan of M. G. Ramachandran and Bollywood actor Rajesh Khanna. He always wanted to work in films, but his mother was against his decision. Ignoring everything, he fulfilled his dream and is now known as a big star. Sathyaraj has worked in over 250 films in his career, including many Hindi films. He made his Hindi debut with Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express. Following this, he appeared in films like Radhe Shyam, Munja, and Sikandar. He is also a part of Ayushmann Khurrana’s film, Thama.
