The demands of fasting and prayer can leave your skin feeling dull, but a few simple, home-based remedies and dietary adjustments can ensure you shine throughout the celebrations. This guide offers effective tips for achieving a healthy, festive glow.

    Prioritize hydration by drinking plenty of water, coconut water, or detox-infused beverages during non-fasting periods. Proper hydration is crucial for flushing toxins and maintaining skin suppleness. Incorporating fruits like cucumber and oranges can further boost your water intake naturally.

    Adhere to a Satvik diet, avoiding onions, garlic, and processed items. Focus on nutrient-dense foods such as boiled vegetables, fruits like papaya and pomegranate, lean proteins like dal, and whole grains.
