Air India flight AI 315, en route from Hong Kong to Delhi, experienced a technical problem mid-flight, prompting the pilot to turn back to Hong Kong on Monday. The aircraft involved was a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.

In a separate incident, a Saudia Airlines plane carrying approximately 250 Hajj pilgrims encountered a technical glitch upon arrival at Lucknow Airport on Sunday. The flight, which originated in Jeddah, experienced an issue with its landing gear. Airport officials reported that smoke and sparks were observed coming from a wheel after landing. The flight, SV 3112, departed Jeddah at 10:45 PM on Saturday and touched down at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow around 6:30 AM on Sunday. The pilot immediately alerted Air Traffic Control (ATC). The plane was subsequently moved to a taxiway, and all passengers were safely evacuated. An emergency response team extinguished the sparks within twenty minutes.
