    Following the circulation of videos related to a conversation with a police officer in Solapur, Maharashtra, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has issued a clarification. Pawar stated that his intention was not to interfere with law and order but to ensure that the situation remained calm and did not escalate. He expressed pride in the courage and integrity of the state’s police force and the dedicated female officers, emphasizing his utmost respect for them. Pawar asserted his commitment to the rule of law, transparency in administration, and consistent, strict action against all illegal activities, including illegal sand and soil mining. He reiterated that his efforts would always be focused on maintaining a fair and transparent administrative process, ensuring adherence to the law.
