    Police in Darbhanga, Bihar, have incarcerated a man for using abusive language against the Prime Minister. Simri police arrested the accused, Rizvi, also known as Raja, and presented him before the Darbhanga court. The court subsequently sent him to jail, with Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Junaid Aalam ordering 14 days of judicial custody. The main accused remains at large.

    The accused was presented in the CJM court in Darbhanga, which then ordered his imprisonment. The CJM, Junaid Aalam, remanded the accused to 14 days of judicial custody. According to the police, the primary named accused, Md. Naushad, has fled the district. The abusive language was used from a stage during a Voter Rights Yatra.
