Man Tied to Pole and Brutally Beaten in Bihar; Police Intervenes

In Begusarai district, Bihar, a young man was apprehended and tied to a pillar before being subjected to a brutal assault. A video of the incident has gone viral locally, showing the violent attack. The images depict the severity of the beating, causing shock among witnesses. Police from the Lakho police station intervened after being informed of the incident, rescuing the man from his attackers. The incident occurred in Ward Number 15 of Manjhlapur, within the Lakho police station jurisdiction. According to the victim’s family, the man, identified as Rajiv Kumar, was returning home after collecting a debt when he was ambushed and tied up. The attackers then proceeded to beat him severely. Local residents alerted the Lakho police.
