In a shocking incident in Patna, Bihar, a nephew shot and killed his uncle inside the uncle’s home. The 65-year-old victim, Suraj Yadav, was attacked by his nephew, Jhunjhunu Yadav, who fired two shots. One bullet struck Yadav in the mouth, and the other in the head, leading to his death. The incident occurred in the Kankarbagh police station area. Yadav, recently retired from the secretariat, was reportedly targeted due to simmering family disputes.
Jhunjhunu Yadav, formerly a cook in the Indian Army, was dismissed due to irregularities. He had a history of arguments with his uncle and had previously threatened him. According to eyewitness accounts, Jhunjhunu entered the house on Saturday afternoon, engaged in an argument, and then shot his uncle. The victim’s daughter stated that her cousin was envious of their family’s success and had been making threats against her parents. Police have launched an investigation into the matter.
