Tejashwi Yadav Survives Accident as Truck Collides with Convoy in Vaishali, Bihar

Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav narrowly avoided a serious car accident on Saturday morning. While traveling back to Patna from a political rally in Madhepura, a speeding truck struck two vehicles in his convoy near Goraul in Vaishali district. The incident occurred around 12:30 AM on the Patna-Muzaffarpur highway when the convoy stopped for a tea break. Yadav, who was a short distance away at the time, was unharmed. However, three security personnel were injured in the collision and were immediately taken to a nearby hospital. The truck driver was apprehended at the scene, and the vehicle was taken into custody. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, with some reports suggesting speeding or driver fatigue as potential factors. The incident has sparked concerns regarding the safety of political figures traveling on Bihar’s roads, particularly during late-night journeys.
