Tejashwi Yadav Survives Near-Fatal Accident as Truck Hits Convoy in Vaishali, Bihar

Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav narrowly avoided serious injury in a car accident early Saturday morning. Two vehicles in his convoy were struck by a speeding truck near Goraul in Vaishali district. The incident occurred while Yadav was returning to Patna after a political rally in Madhepura. The convoy had halted for a tea break along the Patna-Muzaffarpur highway around 12:30 AM. While Yadav was a short distance away, the out-of-control truck collided with the stationary security vehicles. Fortunately, Yadav’s personal vehicle was not hit, and he was unharmed. Three security officials were injured in the crash and promptly taken to a nearby hospital. Yadav visited them after the accident to check on their condition. The injured officials are now in stable condition, despite suffering from significant bruises and minor fractures. The truck driver was apprehended at the scene, and the vehicle was impounded. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. Initial reports suggest that the driver may have been speeding or driving while fatigued, but a full investigation is underway.
