A shocking incident of attempted murder has come to light in the Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh, where a 13-year-old boy was brutally attacked. The assailant, identified as the boy’s uncle, stabbed him 10 times. The attacker, believing the child was dead, fled the scene. The severely injured boy was rushed to the hospital for treatment. His survival hinged on his quick thinking; feigning death was his only chance. The victim has accused his uncle of the assault.

The incident occurred near the Batahi bridge in the Masturi police station area of Bilaspur district. Suryansh Bargah, a 13-year-old resident of Limtara village, was playing outside his home on Sunday afternoon. His uncle arrived, lured him with the promise of chocolates and biscuits, and took him away on his motorcycle. Upon reaching the Batahi bridge, the uncle stopped the bike and began stabbing his nephew.
