The District Administration in Pendra has taken stern action regarding the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PM Awas Yojana). Secretary Rajkumar Sharma of Tendumuda Gram Panchayat has been suspended due to negligence and lack of diligence. Additionally, a show cause notice has been issued to Jyoti Kashyap, the employment assistant of the same panchayat. Instructions have also been issued to immediately transfer the secretary of Thadpathra Gram Panchayat to another location. This action was taken on the instructions of District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaid. He has clearly indicated that negligence in government schemes will not be tolerated at any level. He warned all panchayat employees, stating that strict action will continue against those who obstruct the implementation of the important PM Awas Yojana. This strictness from the administration has caused a stir in the panchayats, and the remaining panchayats have been instructed to implement the schemes on time and with transparency.
