    A major development has unfolded in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. During a vehicle check near the Kumhari Toll Plaza, a joint team of police and ACCU intercepted two Scorpio vehicles and seized ₹66 million in cash. Four individuals have been apprehended in connection with the incident. The suspects revealed during questioning that they were transporting the money, allegedly related to hawala operations, from Raipur to Surat when they were apprehended at the Kumhari Toll Plaza. The police have informed the Income Tax Department about the seizure.
