    The Chhattisgarh Fire Fighting Department (CGHGCD) has announced a recruitment drive for the year 2025, offering a total of 295 positions. The available roles include Station Officer, Driver, Driver cum Operator, Fireman, Store Keeper, Mechanic, Washroom Operator, and Wireless Operator. The application process is scheduled to commence on July 1st and will continue until July 31st, 2025.

    The minimum educational qualification required varies from 12th-pass to a diploma or graduation in the relevant field. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 28 years. The selection process will involve a written examination, a physical efficiency test, and a trade test. The application fee is Rs. 300 for the General and OBC categories, and Rs. 200 for the SC/ST categories. Selected candidates will receive salaries ranging from Pay Level 4 to 7.
