    Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi to discuss the state’s development and strategies to combat Maoist insurgency. Sai briefed Shah on the progress of anti-Maoist operations, highlighting significant achievements in the past year and a half. From December 2023 to the present, 445 Maoists, including top leaders, have been neutralized, 1554 arrested, and 1588 have surrendered. The meeting also addressed the upcoming Amrit Rajat Mahotsav 2025, commemorating 25 years of Chhattisgarh’s formation, with discussions on making the event a grand and memorable celebration to showcase the state’s cultural heritage and achievements.
