Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met with a delegation from Bharat Scouts and Guides Chhattisgarh at his residence office. The delegation informed Chief Minister Sai about the ‘Ek Rakhi Sainik Bhaiyon Ke Naam’ campaign conducted by Bharat Scouts and Guides Chhattisgarh throughout the state. The delegation explained that the campaign was organized to honor the soldiers stationed at the country’s borders on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Handmade rakhis made by Bulbul, Guides, and Ranger sisters from all 33 districts of Chhattisgarh state were collected for the soldiers. These rakhis will be sent to the soldiers. Chief Minister Sai appreciated the campaign ‘Ek Rakhi Sainik Bhaiyon Ke Naam’ by Bharat Scouts and Guides Chhattisgarh, stating that it is a matter of great joy that children of Chhattisgarh are sending rakhi threads to the soldiers guarding the borders in the defense of the country. This initiative will foster a sense of patriotism among the children and also provide emotional support to the soldiers.
