    The Chhattisgarh School Education Department has announced a total of 64 days of holidays for the upcoming academic year. The order was issued by RP Verma, Under Secretary of the School Education Department. The holiday schedule includes breaks for various festivals and the summer season. Specifically, there will be six days off for the Dussehra festival, from September 29, 2025, to October 4, 2025. Diwali holidays will also span six days, from October 20, 2025, to October 25, 2025. Winter break is scheduled for six days, from December 22, 2025, to December 27, 2025. The longest break, the summer vacation, will last for 46 days, commencing on May 1, 2026, and concluding on June 15, 2026. The total duration of these holidays amounts to 64 days. The official order has been released by the department.
