Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has expressed serious concern over the incident involving three daughters from Narayanpur. The matter came to light when these girls were being taken to Agra from Durg railway station by two nuns, under the pretext of nursing training and job opportunities.

The government is working with full transparency and sensitivity, and the law will decide according to its procedure. The Chief Minister clarified that Chhattisgarh is a peaceful and inclusive state where people of all religions and communities live in mutual harmony.

CM Sai emphasized that his government gives top priority to the safety and respect of women. He called it unfortunate to give a political color to the issue concerning the daughters of Bastar. He said that such incidents should be avoided being given a political color, especially when the matter is related to the safety of our daughters of Bastar.
