    CG Morning News: Raipur. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be on a tour of two districts today. CM Sai will visit Dhamtari and Raipur districts today. As per the scheduled schedule, they will leave for village Parswani (Magarroad) of Dhamtari district at 12.30 pm. Reserved at Parswani from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. After which the CM will reach Nava Raipur from Dhamtari at 2.35 pm. He will be present here from 2.35 pm to 5.00 pm. CM will return to the house from the ministry at 5.20 pm.

    Mayor and District Panchayat President reservation date fixed

    The date for reservation of Mayor and District Panchayat President in Chhattisgarh has been decided. The reservation process will take place on January 7. Many decisions have been taken for urban body and three-tier panchayat elections. Municipal body and Panchayat elections will be held through ballot paper. As soon as the reservation process is over, information in this regard will be sent to the Election Commission. Earlier the date for reservation was fixed as 27th December. Reservation date was extended due to unavoidable reasons

    The year 2025 has knocked with cold in Chhattisgarh. Now the cold has started increasing in the state. There is a possibility of a drop of 2-3 degrees in the minimum temperature in Chhattisgarh in the next 2 days. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to remain dry in the state for the next 5 days. The highest temperature of 32.3 degrees was recorded in Sukma on Tuesday. Whereas Pendraroad was the coldest, the lowest temperature recorded here was 7.8 degrees. The minimum temperature was recorded at 7.8 degrees in Pendraroad and 8.2 degrees in Ambikapur. Whereas in Jagdalpur the mercury was recorded 6.1 degrees higher than normal. 16.2 degrees were recorded in Durg, which is 2.7 degrees more than normal.

    The grand Tricolor Yatra will be taken out by Chhatrapati Shivaji School from Shri Amba Devi Temple premises, Sattibazar at 7 am. This journey will end by coming back to Amba Devi Temple via Azad Chowk, Tatyapara, Phool Chowk, Jaistambh Chowk, Malviya Road, Kotwali Chowk, Sadar Bazaar.

    Today, a blood donation camp will be organized in Raipur by the organization Badhe Kadam in collaboration with Model Blood Bank. The camp will be held at Marine Drive, Telibandha from 5 pm to 8 pm.

    Bhagwat Katha

    Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is going to be organized from 4 to 7 pm at Pujari Park Pachpedi Naka in the voice of Vrindavan resident storyteller Shrihit Lalit.
