    Korba is set to become the center of a significant political and administrative event today. A crucial meeting of the Madhya Kshetra Adivasi Vikas Pradhikaran will commence at 11 AM in the Collectorate Auditorium in Korba, presided over by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. This meeting is considered highly important, as it will be attended by several state ministers, two deputy chief ministers, members of the authority, and special invitees.

    Deputy CMs Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma will be present, along with Excise Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan, Finance Minister OP Chaudhary, Tribal Development Minister Guru Khushwant, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Education Minister Gajendra Yadav, and Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap. In addition to these, other ministers from the government level, a total of 51 members, and 24 special invitees will participate to present their suggestions, ideas, and grievances.

    Notably, the authority encompasses the districts of Korba, Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, Gariaband, Dhamtari, Mahasamund, Rajnandgaon, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Balod, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, Kabirdham, Bilaspur, Raigarh, and Sakti. The meeting will review the development works related to these districts and discuss new priorities and proposals.

    Considering the importance and security of the meeting, the district administration has made all necessary arrangements. Collector Ajit Vasant and Superintendent of Police Siddharth Tiwari held a meeting with officials to assess the preparations. Arrangements for parking, barricading, drinking water, electricity, road clearance, and entry-exit points have been strengthened in the Collectorate premises. Departmental stalls have also been set up where beneficiaries can directly voice their concerns to the Chief Minister.
