Eligibility for AIBE 20 requires candidates to be law graduates with a 3 or 5-year LLB program, or final-year students, without any backlogs. They can register through the official portal. The AIBE website states, “Any candidate, whether currently a student or a graduate, studying or passed out from a university or college which is not recognized/approved by the Bar Council of India, shall not be eligible for AIBE. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that their educational institution is duly recognized by the BCI.” Application fees for AIBE registration 2025 are Rs 3,560 for general and OBC candidates and Rs 2,560 for SC and ST candidates.
