A patient has died after jumping from the third floor of the MCH (Medical College Hospital) in Raipur. The patient, identified as Santosh Dhruv, 38, from Pandariya village in Bilaspur district, was reportedly suffering from rabies and was admitted to the hospital on July 21st for treatment. The incident has caused a stir within the hospital premises and among the administration. Dhruv’s treatment was underway in isolation on the third floor of the hospital. On Sunday morning, he jumped from the building, leading to his death. Reports suggest the hospital administration is attempting to suppress the matter, and the deceased’s family is facing difficulties due to the lack of a post-mortem examination.
