The Chief Minister emphasized that the systematic development of Nava Raipur is a top priority for the government. He stated that the planned development of Nava Raipur will be undertaken keeping in mind the future needs of the region. Nava Raipur is envisioned as a modern and beautiful capital city, already home to premier educational institutions like IIM, IIIT, and the National Law University. As the population and settlement in Nava Raipur is expected to increase, it is crucial to expand civic amenities accordingly. The Chief Minister discussed the expansion of rail connectivity in the Nava Raipur area and directed officials accordingly. The construction of the new railway line from Parmalkasa to Kharsia by the Government of India will pass through Balodabazar district. The Chief Minister expressed the desire to connect this railway line to Nava Raipur, which would expand rail facilities in the area and benefit the general public.

Officials informed that the construction of the expressway passing through Chhattisgarh is almost 95 percent complete. This will reduce the distance from Raipur to Visakhapatnam by 100 km. The Chief Minister noted that the new industrial policy of the state is attracting a large number of investors, which will create employment opportunities for the youth. The Chief Minister inquired about the plantation and growth of trees like Peepal, Banyan, Karanj, Neem, Ashok, Amaltas, and Gulmohar under the Oxyzone construction in the Nava Raipur area.
