    A peace committee meeting was convened in Raipur to discuss arrangements for Ganesh Visarjan and Eid-Milad-un-Nabi. Decisions were made to ban the use of DJs and firecrackers during the festivities. The meeting was attended by Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Umashankar Bande, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Lakhan Patle, and society leaders. ASP Traffic, I. Prashant Shukla, and other departmental officials were also present. Extra police personnel will be deployed at major intersections during the celebrations. Authorities have stated that strict action will be taken against anyone attempting to create disturbances or disrupt peace during the festivals. ASP Lakhan Patle emphasized that the timing of processions will be strictly observed. The use of DJs will be completely prohibited. Firecrackers will also be banned this year. Routes have been determined, keeping traffic management in mind. Furthermore, surveillance will be conducted using CCTV cameras.
