Sons Kill Mother’s Lover with Shovel After He Visits Home

A shocking murder has occurred in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. In Ahivara Ward 3, a woman’s sons brutally murdered their mother’s lover. The deceased has been identified as Balwinder, also known as Bunti. The police have taken possession of the body and sent it for a post-mortem examination. The sons alleged that Balwinder was their mother’s lover and live-in partner. The woman had separated from her husband some time ago and came into contact with Balwinder. She later began living with him in a live-in relationship. However, the woman’s sons strongly disapproved of this relationship, leading to frequent disputes in the home. The incident took place late Tuesday night. Balwinder frequently visited the woman’s house, which the sons also objected to. Furthermore, suspicion was growing regarding Balwinder’s closeness to another woman. This also caused friction between the woman and Balwinder. On late Tuesday night, the argument escalated to the point where the woman’s sons, Trilochan and Bhupesh, lost control. In anger, Trilochan attacked Balwinder with a shovel, and Bhupesh attacked him with a stick. After the attack, Balwinder collapsed and died on the spot. Upon receiving the information, Nandini police arrived at the scene and took possession of the body, sending it to the district hospital for a post-mortem. The police, after the initial investigation, detained the woman’s two sons on suspicion. During interrogation, both confessed to the crime. Police officials stated that the initial investigation suggests the case is related to a domestic dispute. The woman’s separation from her husband and her live-in relationship, as well as suspicions about Balwinder’s character, proved to be the main reasons behind this incident. Currently, the police have registered a murder case and are interrogating both suspects.
