In a heartbreaking event in Raipur, an elderly resident identified as Rajkumar Gupta died after a fire broke out in his home in the Tatibandh locality. The fire, which reportedly started due to a short circuit in a room heater, trapped the septuagenarian inside. Despite the best efforts of neighbors who heard his cries, the locked front gate proved to be a fatal obstacle, preventing any immediate rescue.
