The Superintendent of Police, Vijay Kumar Pandey, has issued orders for the transfer of Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI) who were stationed in the line for an extended period in the Janjgir-Champa district. The orders, which were released on Friday, detail the reassignment of these officers to various police stations within the district. This action sees one Sub-Inspector and four Assistant Sub-Inspectors moved to new postings. The officers affected by the transfers include Sub-Inspector Bhawani Singh Chauhan, who will now serve at Janjgir police station, Assistant Sub-Inspector Jayanandan Kumar Marble, assigned to Bamhni-Deh police station, Assistant Sub-Inspector Sunil Kumar Tagore, posted at Baloda police station, and Assistant Sub-Inspector Mohammad Mubeen Sheikh, who will be stationed at Akaltara police station. The police department aims to activate officers who had been on line duty for a considerable duration, with the transfers reflecting this initiative. A copy of the SP’s order, outlining the details of each transfer, has also been made available.
