    Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Jagdalpur for a two-day tour, where he launched the 20th installment of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana from Lalbagh Maidan. During his address, he expressed his gratitude to the thousands who attended despite the rain. He highlighted the world-famous Bastar Dussehra festival and mentioned his morning visit to the Danteshwari Mai temple. Shah assured that Naxalism would be eliminated from Bastar by March 31, 2026.
