Tukeshwar Lodhi, Arang. A woman died under suspicious circumstances in village Gaurbhat of Arang police station area. According to the information, the deceased Yashoda Sahu had died in the afternoon of 6 January. While the family members informed Yashoda’s parents that she died due to dizziness and falling, the same villagers informed that the cause of death was slipping from the bathroom and falling. On January 7, preparations for the funeral of the deceased started, people gathered for the last darshan. During this time, seeing the marks of a noose around the neck of the deceased, someone feared that the cause of death might be something else and informed the Arang Police. . Arang police immediately reached the spot and took possession of the body of the deceased Yashoda Sahu from Muktidham of village Gaurbhat, got the body examined by the forensic team and post mortem was done by expert doctors in Mekahara. On January 08, the family members performed the last rites of the deceased as per the rituals.
